We are creatures made by God and we must seek God to achieve our highest potential.
Spirituality is positive for us for the following reasons:

It encourages self-reflection by which we can develop a deeper understanding of ourselves, our values an our purpose in life.

Emotional

Spiritual practices can help us manage stress, anxiety and other emotional challenges.

Values and morality:
Spiritual traditions emphasize moral and ethical principles and help us develop a strong sense of right and wrong, guiding our behavior in various aspects of life.

Compassion and Empathy:
Spirituality helps us develop empathy, understanding, and a sense of responsability towards the well-being of others.

Purpose and Meaning:
Spirituality often addresses questions of purpose and meaning in life that can provide us with framework for understanding our place in the world and motivate us to pursue our goals.

- Receive the Holy Communion with reverence and respect mantaining a fervorous conversation with God
- Practice the sacrament of reconcilliation seeking spiritual healing, guidance and reconcilliation with God
- Make my daily prayers in good posture, speaking from the heart and maintaining openess to listen to God.
- Pray a Rosary in interior silence and reflection, meditating on the specific mistery
- Offer a sacrife with a genuine intention of growing spiritually and helping others
- Engage in fasting or abstain from certain foods or activities as a form of spiritual discipline
- Perform random acts of kindness for others without expecting anything in return
- Volunteer time or skills to help those in need
- Keep a gratitude journal, noting down things that I’m thankful for
- Spend time in nature, appreciating the beauty and serenity it offers
- Use art, music, or writing as a form of spiritual expression
- Practice forgiveness towards myself and others
